From its humble origins in cafes and sleazy bars of Buenos Aires in the 1860s, the Argentine Tango has travelled a long way into the ballrooms and the world stage of today. In class, you will be learning the basic principles of tango, such as the embrace, correct walking action, creating spatial pathways and correct leads, and also many clever and intricate set elements that Argentine Tango is so famous for.
